Dr. Joyce Onyekaba, Civil Surgeon, Crown Medical Center Director
Dr. Joyce Onyekaba, MD. Board Certified Internal Medicine. Dr. Joyce has over 25 years experience as a medical doctor. She did her residency at Harlem University Hospital, New York and worked for Health Partners for 11 years before joining Crown Medical Center. She is the Medical Director and a Civil Surgeon.

Dr. Nina Bacaner (Board Certified in Internal Medicine). A graduate of Boston University Medical School, Nina holds an MPH from Harvard and a Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene. She is certified in travel medicine and has extensive experience working with the Latino communities in Minnesota and Boston.
Dr. Nha Peter Nguyen, Family Practitioner
Dr. Nha Nguyen is a Board Certified family practitioner and a Civil Surgeon. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School. Dr. Nha is experienced in obstetrics, gynecology, hospital and urgent care. He has worked extensively in international travel and mission medicine especially in the third world.
Michael V. DiMucci, NP.
Michael DiMucci, a Family Nurse Practitioner has 15 years’ experience providing Medical Services in critical/emergency Care, in-home, and mobile care settings. Michael began his career over 30 years ago as a Registered Nurse (RN), and later obtained a Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Michael is the founder of Specialized Medical Services Inc. his passion is to provide medical house call services to individuals in their homes and or places of business.
Caroline Stein, PA
Caroline Stein (PA_C) graduated from University of Wisconsin. She gained extensive clinical experience working at St. Paul’s Surgeons and the University of Wisconsin.
Jamen Parkey (PA-C) 
Jamen Parkey (PA-C) graduated Magna Cum Laude from Howard University. She also holds an MA in public health. Jamen has extensive clinical experience in family medicine, urgent care and clinical research.

Josephine Nwoke, LICSW; MSW has twenty-nine years of clinical experience, as direct practice, clinical cluster, including, mental health; human services (including six years of child protective services, and community-based services). Specialties include: mental health diagnostic assessment, treatment and psychotherapy/counseling; chemical health treatment, domestic and sexual abuse issues including crisis intervention, couples therapy, children and adult psychotherapy/counseling; children's mental health and adult mental health crisis intervention. Pain management; psychotherapy; with individuals with posttraumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorder, adjustment disorder, divorce issues, and most areas of mental disorders.
