Crown Medical Center is a high quality, people-oriented, healthcare center incorporated in the State of Minnesota. Started in April 2005, the desire to bridge the gap in healthcare services disparities was the driving force behind the establishment of the centers. We have 2 clinics, one located in Minneapolis and the other in Brooklyn Park.

Crown Medical has an in-house laboratory for routine lab work
We have an in-house laboratory for routine lab work and an EKG machine used for monitoring heart rhythm. Routine tests such as x-rays, blood work, cholesterol check, blood-sugar checks, pregnancy tests, etc., are performed in-house. Clients who need diagnostic imaging such as MRI, and CT scans, are referred to Abbott Northwestern Hospital. Results are quickly transmitted to Crown Medical Center’s providers.
The clinic has working relationships with Laboratory Corporation of America and Abbott Northwestern Hospital. We offer clinical externship training sites for Globe University, Kaplan University and Minneapolis Business College.
Crown Medical Centers' patients include children and adults.
All services offered are confidential. Services include: urgent and primary care, green card medical exams; travel clinic (yellow fever vaccinations), psychology and counseling; physical therapy and rehabilitation and weight loss.
We offer free and confidential testing for STDs and HIV. We offer child and teen check ups for schools, sports and camps.
Chronic Illness Management
We treat and manage all chronic illness such as diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, asthma, and more.
